Rapid Prototyping

One of the reasons to love what I do?

I remember my first day I operated an "ultimaker 3" at  a company named "DIY GEEKS", I almost took me 3 hours to level the bed at a printer that had active leveling (Ultimaker 3) but at the very moment I was loving it and just kept on watching the head moving on the bed and seeing the prints failing.
At last  I get to use the smooth adhesion and leveled bed, lesson learnt this way can never be forgotten.
However, now by having a 3D printer at home I have worked on various projects and done client based work too that helped me explore slicing settings, understand the dynamics of rapid prototyping and how to enhance print speed, strength and quality.
Well the technology is addictive so I bought in my own first 3D printer (Anet A8) Wooden body and it used to vibrate during printing and after a lot of practice and savings I bought myself an Ender 3 Pro and started my company (HANPRO) and started doing projects for university students and industry.

Below is the portfolio of the projects that I have done and to look into my latest work you can visit the facebook page with the link below:

This is a self leant skill to enhance my product design capabilities. Now, I consider myself as a skilled 3D modeler with great model, slicing and model fixing capabilities and even efficient in printer handling and maintenance.
I have worked on FDM printers with 'PLA' and 'ABS' until now and looking forward to get introduced to many more amazing materials soon enough.
Now I have just simplified the process into 3 steps for myself as:
