Industrial Designs

Following are a few of my industrial designs that I would be able to share publicly.
In the end it's just the casing of the electronics or a box but there is a lot of work involved to reach the final outcome and that can be understood by the following step points:

1. Visualization

2. Concept Sketch

3. Measurements of parts to befitted

4. Analyzing the feasibility of design

5. Design amendments according to needs

6. Sketch 2D drawings with measurements

7. Design CAD 3D

8. Test 3D print the fittings (if any)

9. Final Print

10. Post processing the final print

So by moving through all these steps the final design come into existence and is finally used directly or is a prototype for the mass manufacturing or can also be used as the pattern for the mold making in sand casting.

01

Tag Scanner Casing

The project was to be used in the fabrics industry to scan tags from the cloth in order to reduce time consumption through manual data entry process.

02

Sensor Casing Design

Project of the client where there was a need to continuously interact with the circuitry and change wires, hence the connectors drawn out of the casing in order to make it simpler, 3 holes on top for the led lights and mid joint screws in order to conceal them both ways.

03

BSA Bike Parts

BSA Bike Parts Designed and printed in order to further sand casted and used in the bike.

04

Automated Sink Sensor Casing

Designed to zip tie it to any sink tap with average curvature to fit on most taps perfectly and pop front lid in order to remove and test circuitry easily.

05

Sensor Lid

Designed to fit in a sensor on the electric casing box.

06

Push Button Design

Designed for an electric company to replace the broken push buttons.

07

Relay Casing Reverse Engineered

Designed for an electric company to replace the broken relay casing designs.

08

Skull Bone Implant Pattern

Skull Bone Implant Pattern Constructed and 3D Printed, further to be made silicon mold and them with bone cement actual implant to be built

09

Logo Stencil

Logo Stencil designed for jute bag from illustrator 2D into ready to print 3D model.

Central Negatives were joined with u brides in order to ensure easy color spray and final came out the result.
